These terms explain the conditions for using the abaca.tech website. Hiring our services depends on a separate proposal and contract.

2. Content and intellectual property

Texts, branding and materials published on the website belong to abaca.tech unless stated otherwise. Reproduction or distribution requires prior authorization.

3. Information you provide

When you complete forms or send messages, you declare that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

4. Services and proposals

Each commercial proposal defines scope, timeline, investment, acceptance criteria and responsibilities. Final conditions appear in the signed contract.

5. Responsibilities

abaca.tech performs services according to the contracted scope and applicable rules. The client is responsible for providing the access, data, decisions and participation required for the project.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for unauthorized changes, incorrect data, third-party outages or use outside the contracted scope.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction defined by the contract. Without a contract, the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, will apply.
